By submitting an entry to this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, you agree to these Official Rules, which constitute a legally binding contract. Please read them carefully, as they include limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and restrictions on your rights and remedies. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited.

Gold Star TCG LLC. ("Gold Star TCG") is offering the "GSG11: PSA 10 Lovebirds or $15,000 Cash" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules, and by entering, each entrant ("Entrant") agrees to be bound by them and by the decisions of Gold Star TCG LLC., which are final and binding in all respects.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Time on June 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on July 25, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Gold Star TCG LLC.'s computer shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes, and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM Central Time on July 25, 2026 to be eligible.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are physically located within the United States and are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, New York, or Florida, and void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, agents, and representatives of Gold Star TCG LLC., as well as their immediate family members (including parents, spouses, siblings, children, grandparents, step-relations, and their respective spouses, and any individuals living in the same household) and any affiliated companies, subsidiaries, promotional partners, agencies, or entities involved in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), are not eligible to participate.

All entries that comply with these Official Rules and are not disqualified are considered "Eligible Entries." All entries become the property of Gold Star TCG LLC.

How to Enter

Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.goldstar-tcg.com, locating the Sweepstakes registration link, and submitting the required information, including first name, last name, state of residence, valid email address, date of birth, and telephone number.

For every $1 spent on www.goldstar-tcg.com, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, unless a promotional multiplier period applies.

Alternatively, eligible Entrants may enter without purchase by submitting a mail-in entry. To do so, Entrants must legibly hand-print their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 6" x 10" card or paper and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately, and bulk submissions will not be accepted.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 24, 2026 and received by July 25, 2026. If a postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the entry must be postmarked on the following business day.

All mail-in entries must be handwritten, legible, and submitted solely by the Entrant; the use of third-party services or automated entry methods is prohibited. Incomplete, illegible, photocopied, or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified.

There is no limit on the number of entries per person during the Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Gold Star TCG LLC.'s sole discretion.

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including issues related to networks, servers, or electronic communications.

By entering, Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and related promotional activities.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Grand Prize consisting of either:

A PSA 10 Lovebirds trading card; or
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000 USD) in cash, at the Winner's election and subject to applicable laws and tax reporting requirements.

The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is up to Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000 USD).

The Prize will be shipped or delivered to the verified Winner using a method determined by Gold Star TCG LLC. The Prize is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, and may differ slightly from promotional images.

No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the Prize is permitted except at Gold Star TCG LLC.'s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Gold Star TCG LLC. and its affiliates to use the Winner's name, likeness, and submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

As a condition of receiving the Prize, the Winner agrees to provide reasonable promotional content (such as photos or videos) featuring the Prize upon request; failure to reasonably cooperate may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

On or about July 25, 2026, one (1) potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all Eligible Entries received.

The potential Winner will be notified within three (3) business days via email or telephone using the contact information provided at entry and must respond within three (3) days.

If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) days, refuses the Prize, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be selected. This process may continue until a Winner is confirmed.

If, after reasonable attempts, the Prize remains unclaimed or cannot be awarded, Gold Star TCG LLC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to dispose of or otherwise use the Prize in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

Winner Verification

The potential Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, liability release, and publicity release within three (3) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.

Gold Star TCG LLC. reserves the right to delay or modify the Winner announcement as necessary.

Liability Release and Indemnification

By participating, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Gold Star TCG LLC. and all Sweepstakes Entities from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.

The Prize is provided "as is," and all warranties, if any, are solely those of the manufacturer.

Entrants further agree that any claims will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Sweepstakes Entities be liable for attorneys' fees, punitive damages, or consequential damages.

General Conditions

Gold Star TCG LLC. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned due to technical issues, fraud, or events beyond its control, including acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, a Winner may be selected from all eligible entries received prior to termination.

Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Gold Star TCG LLC.'s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available at www.goldstar-tcg.com.

By entering, Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for Sweepstakes administration and related purposes.

Arbitration and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by JAMS in Montgomery, Texas, in accordance with its rules, and without resort to class action.

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Winner List Request

Requests for the name of the Winner or a copy of these Official Rules must be made by August 25, 2026 by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
